The Judgement Day is nearing and end and with the WWE in its annual transition phase as we head to Wrestlemania it maybe time to turn Dominik Mysterio face. Rhea Ripley and Damien Priest have long left the group, with the Liv and Rhea saga at its end there is no need to carry on the Dom and Liv revenge romance. The remaining group is already showing its cracks and with the transfer portal open its time to move some people around and create some new storylines.
So how do we move this forward, well here is a little fantasy booking. First we start a with a little backstage segment and with Liv and Raquel letting Finn and the group know they are moving on to SmackDown, and then Liv letting Dom know its over between them. This will leave Dom a dejected and we will run a few weeks of the group talking about how he has lost his focus.
Now with the stage set we will have Finn and JD in a quest to get their tag team titles back. The group will find themselves in a number 1 contender’s match against Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee that will end in a no contest due to outside interference from the Judgement and LWO. The New Day who are positioned to take over as the biggest heels on RAW will be watching. This will result in a Triple Threat match between the Champions the War Raiders, Judgement Day and LWO.
The triple Threat Match will take a place at Elimination Chamber and the match will have a lot a back and forth with the LWO’s Rey and Lee winning. Carlito will get involved with the War Raiders while Dominik will make a mistake in trying to assist Finn and JD against the LWO. After the match the Judgement Day will gang up against Dom, blaming him for the loss. During the beginning beatdown, Dom will be saved by his dad (Rey) and Dragon Lee. The young and old Mysterio will have a moment where they stare at each other and share a head nod.
The New Day will earn a Tag Team title shot and will challenge Lee and Mysterio at Wrestlemania 41 for the belts. Dominik would have laid low and would have not been seen for a while. Prior to the match at Mania, the New Day will attack an unsuspecting Dragon Lee who will not be able to go on to defend the tag team titles. Rey Mysterio will be left with a choice to either defend the titles alone. Rey being a warrior he will not back down and attempt to go at it alone. He will head to the ring and the match will start and he will hold his own but Woods and Kingston will start to get the better of him. With all hope looking lost, the music will hit and his son Dominik will hit the ring to a loud pop.
