Bending The Rules stars recently retired WWE Superstar Edge and Jamie Kennedy. Edge stars as Nick Blades a New Orleans detective who is on trial for corruption. The prosecuting attorney is Theo Gold played by Jamie Kennedy. The odd couple gets thrown together to try to help solve a criminal plot. While Gold tries to get keep his life together and Blades tries to stay out of trouble they both find a little comedy.
The movie has pretty good performances by Jessica Walter as Lena Gold. She is the mother of Theo and tends to be a little crazy. Also Jennifer Esposito plays Officer Garcia who is not only pretty but provides excellent information. The movie is a solid watch and goes pretty fast. The movies is about 83 minutes total.
