On Friday the wrestling world was shocked hear about the passing of Reid Flair. He was the youngest son of Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Wrestling fans were introduced to a Reid when he just 10 years old and was a national AAU wrestling champion. Around that time his father was having issues with WCW’s Eric Bischoff regarding Ric taking time off to see his son wrestle. It became part of the story in WCW and we saw some of his skills in a segment with Bischoff.
At this time the only details that are known about his passing is that he was found dead in his hotel in Charlotte, NC. Cause of death will be determined by a report from the medical examiner’s office.
