Daniel Bryan is back in the ring. After a 3-year odyssey he is finally cleared to return to in ring action. That much time out of the ring people may have forgotten how good Daniel Bryan or Bryan Danielson was. So here at Ring Time we hit YouTube and found some of best matches of his career. Hopefully we get some more gems from the American Dragon in the future.
There was a time that both CM Punk and Daniel Bryan were both champs. Bryan holding the World Heavyweight Title and Punk being the WWE Champion. They faced off in a non-title champ vs champ match on what was called a Super SmackDown. A good match with a wonky ending but definitely showcases both of these men’s talents.
Maybe one day in the WWE we will get to see the evolution of this matchup between AJ Styles and Bryan Danielson. In 2006 AJ challenged Bryan for the ROH title. At the time of this match fans knew both of these guys were special but they didn’t know they would sit at the top of the game eventually.
As Wrestlemania heads back to New Orleans we couldn’t leave out the biggest night in the YES Movement. After a grueling match with Triple H earlier in the evening Daniel Bryan got himself placed in the main event against Randy Orton and Batista. The fans that year would not have it any other way but Daniel fighting for the title. With the odds stacked against him how did that night end at Wrestlemania 30?
