If the summer of 2011 was the Summer of Punk then 2013 has to be the Summer of Daniel Bryan. The one guy that people was betting against a few years ago has taken the WWE by storm. Daniel is as over as I have seen a wrestler be with the fans. Now he is set up for a WWE title match at SummerSlam. Headlining one of the companies big four PPVs.
Not only are the fans behind Bryan but he is backing it up with awesome matches week after week. This last RAW he saved a subpar show by putting on a 40 minute wrestling clinic to close the show. Let’s hope we keep getting to see more The Beard for the rest of the year and he finishes out with some WWE gold.
