With Slammiversary coming up this weekend the crew decided to share some of our favorite matches from one if not the biggest event in TNA. We revisit the 6-sided ring and some of the most intense matches in the history of this event.
2007 King of The Mountain Match – TNA World Heavyweight Title
Chris Harris vs. AJ Styles vs. Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle

One of the early staples of TNA was the King of The Mountain match. Kurt Angle has come over to the company at this point and he is facing superstars like Samoa Joe, AJ Styles and Christian trying to become the World Champion.
X-Division Title match – 2012 – Austin Aries (C) vs Samoa Joe
It seems like this match happened more than a year ago. One of the best matches TNA has seen even though it comes in under 13 minutes. Both Austin Aries and Samoa Joe put on a show with the time that they had.
6 – Man Elimination match – 2006 – Senshi vs. Shark Boy vs. Petey Williams vs. Jay Lethal vs. Alex Shelley vs. Sonjay Dutt
There is nothing like a good X-Division match in a 6-sided ring. Add legends of the division like Petey Williams, Jay Lethanl and Alex Shelley and there is instant excitement.
Slammiversary 2006: The King Of The Mountain–

This match features current WWE superstars R-Truth and Christian as they are fighting for the then NWA Championship. Abyss still has his manager James Mitchell and you see Living Legend Larry Zybszko as an company official overseeing the match.
