For younger wrestling fans you may not remember but prior to 1996 wrestling was on hard time. Both WCW and WWF were struggling to draw in fans at live shows and on television.<\/p>\n

Ted Turner the owner of WCW and a massive cable television corporation started making bold moves signing WWF talent and giving them better contracts. WCW with their 2 newest acquisitions of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash took a much different route of introducing them to fans. This was considered to be an invasion angle. Maybe the only successful one ever in wrestling. This video details what happened and the aftermath and kind of helps you understand the wrestling business today.<\/p>\n
